What services does Two Way Pet Services offer?
We provide doggy daycare, overnight boarding, dog walking, and pet visits tailored to meet your pet's unique needs.
What are your operating hours?
Our daycare services run from 6 AM to 7 PM, and boarding services include overnight stays. Specific hours for other services are available on our website.
How can I make a booking?
You can book through our online portal, give us a call, or visit us in person. Advance bookings are recommended, especially during holidays.
Do you accept all dog breeds?
Yes, we welcome all breeds, provided they meet our health and behavior requirements.
What is included in your doggy daycare services?
Daycare includes supervised playtime, socialization, rest breaks, and access to fresh water. Meals can be provided for an additional fee.
What should I bring for overnight boarding?
Please bring Collar with Pet Id, food (ideally pre-portioned per meal) and medication (if any). We have plenty of sanitized bowls, beds, blankets, toys, treats (unless they have food allergies you can pack your own) to ensure a comfortable stay.
How are pets monitored?
Our team is on duty 24/7 to ensure pets are comfortable and safe at all times.
What happens if my pet gets sick or injured?
We’ll immediately contact you and your veterinarian. In emergencies, we’ll take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic and provide updates.
What vaccinations are required?
We require proof of up-to-date rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccines. Flea/tick prevention is mandatory, and K-9 influenza is recommended.
What measures do you take to ensure my pet’s safety?
All pets are supervised during play, and we carefully introduce pets to avoid conflicts. Our facilities are clean, secure, and designed for pet safety.
What does a pet visit include?
Pet visits include feeding, water refills, litter box cleaning, and playtime. Customized care based on your pet’s needs is also available.
Can I schedule dog walking regularly?
We offer the flexibility to create a recurring schedule tailored to your weekly needs, including a two-hour window of your preference. Additionally, you can conveniently log in to our client portal to cancel any pre-scheduled walk without a cancellation fee. Please note that we do not offer walk packages.
How do you ensure my pet is safe during walks?
We use secure leashes, avoid unsafe areas, and provide individualized attention to every dog during walks.
What are your rates?
Prices may vary based on the day of the week, weekends, or holidays. For detailed information, please refer to the service description or contact us directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice for daycare and walking services. Boarding cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur fees.
